This pouch started off as a personal request from a customer, we were asked for a selection of crystals so help with the strength and emotional challenges that come with recovery as a gift. We created this pouch from our own research and experiences with crystals. We felt that this pouch was something that others could also benefit from so decided to add it to our permanent range of pouches.

x4 hand selected medium tumblestones (lepidolite, carnelian, tiger's eye, black obsidian)
A small booklet detailing the relevant properties of each crystal.
All this in a coloured organza pouch perfect for safe keeping or carrying.
We do not include instructions on how to use this pouch as each person's experience is unique. Some people prefer to hold them when they need it most, or keep them in a room where they spend a lot of time, there is no right or wrong way to use this, it's however you feel will benefit you the most.
