Citronella essential oil

Citronella essential oil is an uplifting, antimicrobial oil, rich in citronellol. It is a refreshing, clearing and balancing oil, popular as an insect repellent, with a fresh and lemony aroma. Citronella blend well with lemon, bergamot, orange, cedarwood and geranium.

Citronella essential oil is steam distilled from dried, wild-harvested citronella grass. This is pure 100% citronella oil with nothing else added.

Suggestions for use:

• Blend 6-10 drops and add to a bath.
• Mix 5 drops with water to use in an oil burner.
• Mix 6-10 drops with hot water as an inhalation
• Mix 5 drops per 10ml of carrier oil for massage
• Patch test before use.

Precautions:

• Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding
• Safe for children 5+ years old when used within the guidelines
• For use on skin, dilute up to a maximum of 18.2% essential oil in a carrier oil.
• May be some risk of drug interaction. Patch test before use
• Do not take internally unless prescribed by a qualified practitioner
• Keep away from children and eyes.
