Clary sage essential oil 10ml

Clary Sage essential oil is both euphoric and calming for the mind body and emotions. It is also a tonic for the digestive and circulation systems and is often used instead of lavender for its tranquil, soothing and relaxing affects. It is gently uplifting and supports a hectic and fast paced lifestyle. This oil also offers support during mensuration and menopause, and makes a wonderful blend when mixed with, rose geranium, geranium and ylang ylang. When blended with a carrier oil, clary sage can be used as a hair oil for those prone to dandruff and greasy hair.

Processing and ingredients:

• Steam distilled from the flowering tops of the clary sage flower
• 100% pure clary sage essential oil, nothing more
• Origins: Eastern Europe

Suggestions for use:

• Blend 6-10 drops to use in a bath
• Mix 6 drops with water to use with an oil burner
• Mix 6-10 drops with hot water to use as an inhalation
• Mix 5 drops per 10ml of carrier oil for massage (patch test)

Blending suggestions:

Clary sage blends well with: bergamot, cedarwood, citronella, cypress, frankincense, geranium, lime, sandalwood, juniper, rose and chamomile.
