If you are someone who feels emotions strongly and struggles to find the balance, or if you let your emotions rule your decisions, then this pouch can help to find that middle ground. We designed this pouch to help ground and centre emotions, allow for clearer thought processes and more control over your own emotions. We have hand selected the best crystals for this from our own research and experiences.

Contents:

• x5 natural, small-medium tumblestones (amber, amethyst, moss agate, labradorite, amazonite)
• A small booklet detailing the relevant properties of each crystal.
• All this comes in a coloured organza pouch perfect for safe keeping or carrying.

We do not include instructions for how to use this pouch because each person's experience is unique. Some people prefer to keep their pouch close, some prefer to just hold the crystals when they need it or put them in a safe space, there is no right or wrong way to use this.
