We have designed this crystal pouch with 4 healing crystals that can help to boost the immune system, and encourage and help the body to heal from illness or injury. We chose these crystals based on our own research and experiences to work together in a well rounded healing pouch.

We do not include instructions on how to use this pouch as every person's experience in unique, some like to keep the pouch close, others prefer to keep it in a room where it's needed most, and some prefer just to hold the crystals during times of need or during a meditation. There is really no right or wrong way to use it.
