Grapefruit essential oil 10ml

An uplifting, energising and detoxifying essential oil with a refreshing, citrus, zesty aroma.

Grapefruit essential oil is uplifting, energising and stimulating, rich in vitamin C and high in limonene (approx. 90%). Its an detoxifier and supports detox, elimination and lymph systems. Its is also used for healthy circulation and water retention levels.

In skincare, grapefruit essential oil is a cleansing, purifying and toning oil, especially beneficial for the skin's detoxifying routine. It's safe for those with oily, congested skin and those prone to eczema and other skin issues.

Grapefruit oil blends well with other citrus oils, frankincense, peppermint, ylang ylang, rosemary and lavender.

Grapefruit essential oil is cold pressed from grapefruit peel that is sourced from the United States, France, Brazil and Israel. This oil contains 100% pure grapefruit oil with nothing else added.

Suggestions for use:

• Blend 5-10 drops and add to a bath
• Mix 5-10 drops with water to use in an oil burner
• Mix 6-10 drops with hot water to use as an inhalation.
• Patch test before use on the skin

• Phototoxic over 4% therefore avoid exposing the skin to sunlight for 12 hours after use.
