Our Meditation crystal pouch is designed to enhance your meditation experience, whether you find it hard to keep your brain quiet or are looking for a deeper experience this pouch could help heighten your experience. We have hand selected these crystals for their combined energies from our own research and experiences.

This pouch contains 4 hand selected crystals that include: amethyst, picture jasper, amazonite and sodalite. as well as 4 medium sized tumblestones we include a small booklet that explains the relevant properties of each crystal and how they can help increase your meditation experience. All this comes in a coloured organza pouch perfect for keeping it all together.

We do not include instructions on how to use this pouch as everyone's experience is unique and their is no right or wrong. Some prefer to hold the crystals, others prefer to place them in the space and enhance the atmosphere with tea lights. However you meditate they will be the perfect addition to your experience.
