Rose absolute 5% dilute essential oil

Rose oil is also called the 'Queen of Oils' and associated with the goddess Venus. It is symbolic of love, beauty and sensuality, it uplifts the spirit and opens the heart.

Rose oil is used in times of grief, sadness, regret, romance and self care as it offers love joy and happiness. It is also purifying, cleansing and balancing for the body and emotions, making it a useful oil to help restore vitality.

This oil is often used as a perfume - Apply this 5% oil straight to your skin, as it's an essential oil it will dissipate so reapply as required.

Rose oil is wonderful for the skin, and is suitable for all skin types including inflamed and / or aging skin. It promotes healthy, youthful-looking tone and complexion. Use twice a day on areas of concern. Rose oil also had antiseptic, antiviral and antibacterial properties.

Rose oil blends well with chamomile, bergamot, clary sage, geranium, lavender, neroli, orange, sandalwood and patchouli.

Rose absolute oil is gently extracted from the petals of Bulgarian roses. The petals are hand-picked at dawn for optimum quality, and the 'absolute' is made by ethanol extraction to give the truest rose aroma. Its one of the most expensive oils as it takes so many roses to produce just 1 drop of oil. This rose oil contains 100% pure rose oil, blended in a pure fractioned aroma-free coconut oil.

Suggestions for use:

• Mix 5-10 drops with water to use in an oil burner.
• Use 1-3ml of the 5% dilution as a pre-made bath oil.
• Mix 6-10 drops with hot water to use as an inhalation.
• Patch test before use on the skin.
